Analysis of Serum Ghrelin Levels and BMI in Obese and Non-Obese Subjects

A cross-sectional design research conducted August 2022. samples consisted subjects based on Body Mass Index (BMI). were measured using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method. data statistically analyzed Mann-Whitney Spearman tests. p<0.05 reported significant. 80 subjects, 39 males 41 females.
